Skybridge Pro is an additional RTK infill service that combines both the global Starpoint Pro L-band service and regional Realpoint Network RTK services together. It’s even possible to also combine the Starpoint Pro L-band service with a single local base RTK using radio.

How does it work?

Skybridge Pro technology allows users to integrate (N)RTK and PPP correction services, ensuring the best possible positioning in environments where RTK performance is compromised or PPP alone is insufficient.

When a mobile internet or radio communication outage occurs, the receiver can seamlessly continue in Skybridge Pro RTK mode for an unlimited time or until the mobile internet for NTRIP or radio is established again.

It is the best choice when rovers operate in areas where any one of the following conditions may exist:

RTK networks or reference stations exist but have sparse and/or have compromised data availability/quality
There is a weak or intermittent cellular data connection
There are challenging RTK conditions that demand higher reliability
