Topcon’s MC-Mobile Earns 2022 Innovative Iron Award

MC-Mobile — Topcon’s modular grade control solution for compact equipment — has been honored with a 2022 Innovative Iron Award from Compact Equipment.

The awards are presented annually, highlighting the most inventive off-highway equipment, diesel engines, hand tools, attachments and OEM services and systems released to the market. MC-Mobile was featured in the Attachments and Implements section.

Topcon Positioning Systems launched MC-Mobile at World of Concrete 2022 as a three-step workflow machine control solution for mini excavators. The solution combines machine control and survey technology to let compact equipment operators measure, design and build jobs, all with the same system. Owner/operators can now arrive onsite and quickly measure existing conditions, visually design what is required, and immediately trench and grade. Topcon designed MC-Mobile to deliver flexibility for earth work companies looking to increase the precision of their trenching and grading projects, decrease the time of completion, and take on more complex work.
